Museum of A Ramachandran, Kollam
Kollam, October 5: The Museum of A. Ramachandran was inaugurated on Saturday at the Sree Narayana Guru Cultural Complex, Asramam, marking a significant addition to India’s cultural and artistic landscape.
The opening ceremony witnessed an outpouring of appreciation and enthusiasm, reflecting the collective efforts behind the project. The museum, dedicated to the life and works of eminent artist A. Ramachandran, stands as a testament to his artistic legacy and contribution to Indian art.
The museum was brought to life through the vision and collaboration of C-Earth architects, curator R. Siva Kumar, the Kerala Lalithakala Akademi team, and members of the Government of Kerala.
A special note of gratitude was extended to artist Tan Yuan Chameli, wife of A. Ramachandran, and their son Rahul Ramachandran for their generosity and faith that made the establishment of the museum possible.
